WC Communications SA (Pty) Ltd. was established in 1993 and has been trading since then. We sell, install and maintain the "best of breed" systems which we have found has the best backup service and support for our company and therefore for the client as well.
Currently WCC is servicing a client base of x 600 clients in the Western Cape which we maintain ourselves and also a national client base which we service via our contact network nation wide.
Our main focus is on solution selling and therefore believe a happy client is a longstanding client. Since our inception we have kept up to date with our ICASA licensing which enables us to install and maintain a wide range of products including Panasonic, Siemens and NEC/Phillips.
To date we have successfully networked several municipality hubs with their outlying areas such as Drakenstein, Swartland, Witzenberg and Swellendam. We also enter into maintenance and service contracts.
Maintaining high service levels have always been our main priority and therefore it has been to our own interest to invest in staff training and support equipment. Our Fault Desk and Client Support deals directly with client problems such as liaising with Telkom or a third party with equipment linked to the clients telephone system.
Our company offers 24 hour support and has a support desk with specially designed software that tracks calls from beginning to completion. Faults get logged and handled by our qualified fault desk operator. This operator either solves the call telephonically or logs the call and forwards to the technician that goes out to the client. WCC is qualified to handle Telkom applications and faults on your behalf and will keep you updated on progress. Our Technicians are fully qualified on all our related products and are experienced with setting up complicated networks as well as programming small home systems.
